B2B Wholesale Terms of Sale
1. "As-Is, Where-Is" Clause
All inventory sold by WholeSale Pallet Trader is sold strictly in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the merchantability, authenticity, or functionality of the products within any given lot. Buyer assumes all risks associated with customer returns, shelf pulls, and salvage inventory.
2. Manifest Accuracy Disclaimer
While we make every effort to provide highly accurate manifests, all inventory spreadsheets are provided as general guides. Discrepancies of up to 10% in item count, retail value, or product categorization may occur and will not constitute grounds for disputes, price adjustments, or refunds.
3. No Chargeback Agreement
Buyer explicitly agrees not to initiate any payment disputes, credit card chargebacks, or bank wire reversals. Any issues regarding shipping damage, missing pallets, or severe manifest errors must be resolved directly with our compliance desk.

We collect essential commercial data to facilitate transactions and load-dock logistics, including company names, physical business addresses, EIN/Resale certificates, contact phone numbers, and email addresses.
2. How We Protect Your Data
We secure our platforms using industry-standard SSL encryption protocols. We do not store financial credentials or bank wire routing numbers on our web servers. All document uploads, including sales tax licenses, are stored in firewalled directory environments.
