Privacy & Data Protection Policy
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
At WholeSale Pallet Trader LLC, we are committed to protecting the commercial and personal information of our wholesale buyers, e-commerce partners, and logistics operators. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, secure, utilize, and manage your data when you use our web platform, purchase inventory, or interface with our Passaic, NJ distribution warehouse.
1. Commercial Information We Collect
Because we operate exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) liquidator, we primarily collect information related to your registered commercial business entity. This includes:
- Identification & Contact Details: Authorized purchasing agent name, corporate email address, business phone number, and physical mailing address.
- Regulatory Documentation: State-issued Sales Tax Exemption Certificates, EIN numbers, Resale IDs, and related business licenses required to exempt transactions from local sales tax.
- Logistics Coordination Details: Commercial loading dock status, forklift capabilities, local receiving hours, and designated carrier account details for custom 3PL routing.
2. How We Utilize Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer databases to third-party marketing companies. We utilize collected business data strictly to execute core B2B operations:
- Processing manifest orders, completing wire transfer verifications, and generating legal invoices.
- Coordinating pallet weight and freight dimensions with partner national LTL transport companies (e.g., R&L Carriers, FedEx Freight).
- Issuing secure driver gate passes, barcode pickups, and dock-side security clearance notifications for our Passaic, NJ warehouse facility.
3. Zero-Payment Storage Policy
To maximize database security and reduce corporate risk, WholeSale Pallet Trader does not process or store retail credit/debit card numbers or personal bank account routing numbers directly on our web servers. All wholesale transactions are executed securely through direct bank-to-bank wire transfers or ACH. Any tokenized credit card pre-authorization used for temporary pallet holds is handled through fully encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
4. Third-Party Logistics Sharing
We share minimal essential business data with trusted service providers to guarantee safe, accurate transit of your wholesale pallets. This includes sharing your receiving address, telephone number, and dock instructions with:
- Licensed LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL freight carriers.
- Third-party freight brokers coordinating automated delivery dispatch.
- On-site loading dock management teams utilizing barcode scanning software.
5. Cookies and Technical Tracking
Our website utilizes cookies and secure server logs to keep you logged into your Buyer Portal, display real-time manifest spreadsheet downloads, and monitor loading speeds. We use Google Analytics to observe generalized platform traffic patterns without harvesting identifying individual consumer profiles.
6. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain transaction invoices, resale certificates, and freight shipping records for the duration required by federal tax laws and corporate compliance audits. To request a review, modification, or complete deletion of non-regulatory commercial contact information, please submit an official request to our compliance officer.
